Complete list of MegaDots releases

Each copy of MegaDots has a file called "bugfixes.meg" which is a list of recent improvements and known bugs that have been fixed.

This list is an attempt to list all the various editions that were ever issued. Some editions had serious bugs, and were quickly replaced. Since Duxbury Systems took on the MegaDots product line, there has been much more emphasis on testing and quality control.
