Q. What do I do if I've looked everywhere, and I can't solve
a problem?
A. All registered users have access to technical support.
We are open 9:30 am - 4:30 PM EST,
Monday through Friday, and we can also be reached by email. Please have your
license number handy; if you are not yet registered, we can register you over
the phone.
Q. I've learned a lot about DBT, but I'd like to learn more.
Where can I go?
A. If you don't have a current copy of DBT, download a demo copy of DBT from the Duxbury Systems website.
If you are a transcriber, learn how to use the templates that Susan Christensen
prepared for Microsoft Word and DBT. These are on the DBT Help Menu (near the bottom),
look for Word Template (BANA).
Q. I've got an old version of the software - where can I find
out about updates and upgrades?
A. Check out our site on the World Wide Web.
