The Help Menu

Contents: (The contents of this help file.)

Activation Wizard: During your initial start-up, NimPro directs you to this menu item to get your copy of NimPro activated, which allows you to save your work and export it to DBT and MegaDots. To activate you need your NimPro license, which you normally provide when you install NimPro on your system. When you select this item, the Wizard opens in a separate window and guides you through the activation process. It also facilitates registration, de-activation, and diagnosis of activation-related problems on your computer. If you need more help using the Activation Wizard, it provides its own set of Help pages with more information.

Request Support: This option prepares a version of your file for e-mail to technical support at Duxbury Systems. You might do this if you need help on NimPro, and some aspect of the structure of the document is needed to demonstrate the problem. The contents are masked so that only the structure of the document is readable. This process prevents any issues regarding improper distribution of intellectual property.

Check for Updates: Use this to find out if a newer version of NimPro is available for download.

About NimPro: The About box shows the version number and date of the software you are running. It is a good idea to get this information before contacting technical support.
