Supplemental Copyrights for libxml2

Two supplemental copyrights appear in the libxml2 library sources.

First

The following libxml2 source files have copyrights and license terms that differ from the copyright and terms that apply to the remainder of the library. Their copyright statement is reproduced below, following the list of copyright owners.
