We appreciate your understanding that Perky Duck is distributed without any telephone or email support. That said, many braille instructors provide support for Perky Duck to their students, and there is considerable on-line help provided for you.
There are two ways to access on-line help. One is to select Help on the Menu bar and then select Help Topics. The other way is to press the F1 function key.
If you have a menu item selected, pressing F1 gets you specific help on that menu selection. The same is generally true for Perky Duck dialogs. Otherwise, pressing F1 opens the On-line Help beginning from the welcome page.

There is no need to join both DuxUser and DuxNews. Information that we post to DuxNews is also posted to DuxUser, which also provides an on-line users forum.
