Duxbury Systems Return Policy

All returns require an RMA, issued by us.

To obtain an RMA for the Duxbury Braille Translator (DBT) or MegaDots, or updates to either DBT or MegaDots, you must contact us within 90 days of your license or update purchase and also remove and de-activate the software or update from all computers on which it has been installed and/or activated.

To obtain an RMA for Scientific Notebook, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that refunds for Scientific Notebook will not be issued if the seal on the box has been broken. After the seal on the box has been broken Scientific Notebook is warranted solely by the manufacturer, MacKichan, Inc. by the terms spelled out in their license agreement.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is the user's responsibility.
