Note that each menu option name contains an underlined letter which indicates a . You can access any of the menus shown here, from almost any point within DBT by holding down the (Left) Alt key and pressing the appropriate letter. For example, Alt + f brings up the File Menu.

As you progress through the menus, you may notice that some items are grayed out and inactive. There is logic behind this. For example, unless you have a file open, the items in the Edit menu are not available. This is a common feature in many computer applications.

You may find that your own system does not display a dialog exactly as shown in these Help topics. The appearance may vary depending on which version of the operating system you are running. Additionally, these dialogs are subject to any customization you, yourself, may have done. Nevertheless, you will find these dialogs do function as intended.
